Project Consultant to HDI Core System Implementation in Denmark

Do you enjoy a work life in an international company where business understanding goes hand in hand with IT system implementation and education?

Your daily work will include supporting the CIS program with various analytical tasks including design tasks and requirement gathering across HDI’s various Lines of Business, Product analysis and identification of business needs.

You will also work with test execution, implementation, and to act as level one support and superuser.

IT Operations Specialist / IT Supporter

Are you used to mediating between IT and businesses? Do you take pride in helping colleagues with various IT issues and can you deep dive into Azure Environments?

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing initial MS365 1. and 2. Level support to all colleagues within the organization.
• Offering on-site and remote support via phone and through our Helpdesk system (Jira).
• Setting up and maintaining workstations, phones, tablets, and other personal work equipment.

• Facilitetsstyring: Koordiner daglige facilitetsopgaver for optimalt arbejdsmiljø
• AV-udstyrshåndtering: Ansvarlig for installation, vedligeholdelse og opgradering
