Account Performance Manager at ISS Denmark

Do you want to drive performance and create attractive workplaces for our client's employees across the country? Do you have experience in managing projects in relations to operational performance or “end users’ journey" and workplace experiences? Then we might have the job for you!

As our Account Performance Manager, you will play a central role in aligning and driving performance and end-user satisfaction across the contract, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Leadership team. In your daily responsibilities, you will work closely with the Key Account Director and the Account Development Manager.

I tæt samarbejde med VP, HR Europe, der er en del af det Europæiske Management Team, bliver du en nøgleperson i forhold til at sikre, at strategien omsættes til konkrete HR aktiviteter og projekter i Europa, ligesom du bliver ansvarlig for at drive allerede implementerede europæiske processer.
