Driving change and innovation through expertise

As a CRM Architect in our tribe, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our CRM systems, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Your primary focus will be on designing scalable, secure and innovative technical solutions that address business needs and enhance customer engagement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs and ensure alignment across teams. You will also work hands-on to configure and optimise systems, integrating Dynamics 365 Sales with other platforms and technologies within our ecosystem. Your ability to combine architectural vision with practical implementation will be key to your success in this role.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience with CRM e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including SaaS deployment, configuration and optimization

  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS

  • Strong technical design and architectural skills, including the ability to create and communicate architectural roadmaps, system documentation etc. to all squads and stakeholders outside the Tribe

  • Ability to switch between the high-level architectural direction and helping squads with technical solutions and decision making

  • Experience with security, compliance, risk & general financial services is a plus
  • Experience working in agile ways of working and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and skills for managing stakeholders are essential

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part a team
