Drive Key Cybersecurity Initiatives and Create Impact
We seek a Project Manager, preferably but not necessarily, experienced in the domain of Cybersecurity, to help plan, coordinate, and execute key cybersecurity initiatives. This includes contributing to our current implementation of ISO/IEC 27001, managing compliance projects, and conducting internal and supporting external audit sessions.

Success in this role depends not only on your ability to plan and execute cybersecurity initiatives, but also on how effectively you engage stakeholders across the organization. As Project Manager, your ability to build trust, secure buy-in, and maintain momentum is what drives progress and ensures that actions are completed. Stakeholder engagement is not a side task—it’s a core competence!
Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of cybersecurity projects, including ISO 27001 implementation and regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).
- Apply project management principles to track and report progress, manage timelines, and support successful delivery.
- Plan and facilitate external audit sessions, ensuring documentation is prepared and relevant stakeholders are available and informed.
- Assist in scheduling and leading project meetings, recording action items, and ensuring follow-up.
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including risk logs, status reports, and project plans.
- Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders across international locations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABENA’s project model and tools and ensure their effective utilization within the team.
What we hope you bring
- Proven experience in project coordination or management—ideally within the cyber security domain—with a strong grasp of core project disciplines such as task planning, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
- Proficient in using project management tools
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical project plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
