The position
As a Technical Equipment Responsible at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on efficiency and quality in production.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing change requests for both major and minor equipment modifications or optimizations to ensure that all processes are properly documented and approved
  • Managing equipment-related deviations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Being responsible for qualifications of mechanical and automation changes, based on your qualifications and background, to maintain high production standards.
  • Actively being present on the shop floor, where you will work closely with production and operators to ensure that equipment operates optimally and supports production efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and solving production problems with processes or equipment already in operation.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual who is passionate about improving production processes and working directly with our skilled operators.

About the department
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

Within CMC & Product Supply sits Emerging Technologies (ET SDF) Bulk Production, where this position is located in. Our department consists of approximately 500 dedicated employees who focus on tablet production for the market. We work closely with other teams in the Bulk area to ensure efficient production processes and optimize our operations. Our journey towards becoming the world’s first pharmaceutical company to supply GLP-1-based tablets to the market started in 2004 and has been driven by skilled, innovative, and committed employees. Qualifications
As our work is carried out and documented in accordance with GMP regulations, a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset are expected.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • An academic- or Science degree in a relevant field, however, take into account that in this role, your experience is more important than your academic background.
  • You can also have a technical background e.g., as Bachelor of Technology Management (Maskinmester).
  • Experience in manufacturing equipment and optimization.
  • Knowledge of compliance, pharmaceutical, pharmacological, biological, biochemical, medical, patent, and commercial factors, is considered as an advantage.
  • You have a curiosity and flair for technical solutions.
  • You speak fluent Danish, and also preferably have good understanding in English

On a personal level have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
