Your new role
As a Data Process Owner, you will:
• Develop a future-proof data model with a focus on master data management and physical security-related data, ensuring scalable data architecture and governance.
• Facilitate workshops to define and align data requirements and guiding principles, driving projects to standardise key data in alignment with business processes.
• Implement Novo Nordisk tools (e.g., Databricks) as the data foundation, establishing managed interfaces to relevant data sources in collaboration with corporate IT functions.
• Govern data usage and support the structured development of Power BI solutions, working closely with IT vendors and architects.
• Establish long-term data quality practices by defining and implementing clear rules and definitions to ensure data quality and maintainability across IT systems and processes.

Your new department
This role is part of the Digital Solutions team within Physical Security Operations, a division of Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk. Corporate Facilities is home to 350 employees dedicated to enabling Novo Nordisk’s core business by delivering agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, physical security, and facility services. Our Digital Solutions team consists of 16 talented colleagues who develop and maintain IT solutions and infrastructure for physical security operations. Located at our headquarters in Denmark, you’ll experience a dynamic, collaborative, and ambitious atmosphere where we invest significantly in employee development. With a steep learning curve and a high level of responsibility, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics/Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in data management, data governance, or data analysis roles within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience with master data management and data quality best prac-tices and proven track record of involvement in data migration and implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Novo Nordisk tools such as Databricks, or similar platforms like Apache Spark, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or IBM Cloud Pak for Data is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Danish is an advantage.
