Your new role With an expansion of activities across many of our business areas and sites, we are actively seeking first line leaders - Associate Managers for diverse teams within Novo Nordisk. Here’s a glimpse into what you could be doing: As an Associate Manager in Production, you will lead a dedicated team of Operators, Technicians, and Craftsmen. Your leadership will be crucial in steering the team towards achieving scheduled production goals while continuously optimizing workflows. As an Associate Manager in Production Support, you will guide a team of Process Supporters and Engineers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional operational support through technical and process guidance, driving effective problem-solving, and spearheading improvement projects. As an Associate Manager in Business Support, you will oversee a team of specialists in supply chain, finance, and training. Your role will involve extensive stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and optimal support across the organization. Moreover, additional opportunities await in areas like project management, risk management, utilities, and facilities. Your skills & qualifications For all Associate Manager roles, we look for exceptional people management skills, a talent for setting direction, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team. Our managers embody our behavioural goals and are committed to continuous improvement. You will bring with you: - An educational background relevant to our needs. - Experience in setting direction, engaging team members, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in English and in many roles also Danish are required Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or highly regulated industries. - A solid leadership toolkit with demonstrated success. - Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and GMP knowledge is advantageous.
