The position
As a Senior Process Manager - Environmental monitoring with isolator, you will lead the environmental monitoring with isolator process across our global Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) unit sites, collaborating with local and global stakeholders. Your responsibilities include setting direction for environmental monitoring with isolator technology process worldwide to ensure successful end-to-end business process in the value chain that are stable and in control, sustainably compliant, continuously improved and simple for the end-user. This role involves scaling this process for future needs and contributing to shaping them. Additionally, you will be leading a global network across our production sites with key stakeholders within the process. You will report to the Novo Nordisk Senior Process Manager for Managing GxP.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting direction for the process on behalf of the entire organization to ensure a successful end-to-end business process
  • Partnering up and collaborate close across AM sites located in Europe, North and South America, and Asia to understand challenges within the Environmental monitoring with isolator processes.
  • Working closely with other groups (improvement groups, different network groups, other processes etc.) in close collaboration with our expansion organization who are ordering our new lines.
  • Working with various stakeholders along the value stream.

In this role you will be tasked with setting direction and delivering results that have a significant impact on our environmental monitoring with isolator process. You will be responsible for analyzing data to make sure we focus our efforts where the value and impact is most needed and drive initiatives to continues improve the process.

Travelling to other sites should be expected aside from virtual collaboration.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An Academic Degree within engineering or similar field combined with at least 8 years of experience within manufacturing with some of the years working with environmental monitoring in Aseptic GxP production
  • Strong experience working with isolator technology in Aseptic GxP production
  • Experience with project management within a global stakeholder landscape and leading a portfolio
  • Track record in creating followership through changes in how we work. leadership experience is an advantage
  • Professional proficiency in English

On a personal level, you excel in fast-paced environments, maintain high work quality, and enjoy cross-cultural collaboration. You possess practical knowledge of aseptic isolator technology and environmental monitoring and have LEAN experience. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record, direct management experience, and the ability to lead stakeholders indirectly are preferred. With a background in business strategy, project management, and implementation within a global organization, you are a team player with a "can-do" attitude. You are eager to learn, innovate, and improve process efficiency.

About the department
We are a newly established department AME Process Excellence, in the organizational unit called Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME). With 200 colleagues in AME, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with chronical diseases. AME is an organizational unit in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), where we do all aseptic production in Novo Nordisk.
