Your new role
As our new technician for pilot technology and process facilities, you will be part of a newly established department where we work with innovation and testing of new technologies. You and your colleagues will test and produce API for developing Novo Nordisk's future products.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Testing and production of new product technical material
- Testing of new technology
- Production processes, particularly downstream operations
- Optimization of processes in collaboration with various stakeholders
Your new department
Our department is located in the MSAT organisation. It is our responsibility to test and produce technical API for development purposes and for developing and testing new technologies within API production. We are a newly established factory, and we are now expanding to handle more projects.
You will be joining a department of 17 passionate colleagues with different professional backgrounds and approaches. We prioritize teamwork and appreciate collaborative efforts.
Your skills and qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- You have a technical education like process technician, laboratory technician or marine engineer (maskinmester)
- You have hands-on experience with processes and production equipment
- You want to learn about the newest technologies
- You have experience with or an interest for downstream processes.
- It is an advantage if you have experience from laboratory or pilot scale.
As a person you are an excellent team player. You have good communication skills, and you help your colleagues across the team. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where the priorities can change quickly. You are proactive, take initiative, and are engaging.
Finally, we appreciate a colleague who can think creatively.
