Your new role
As a Black Utility Supporter, you will participate in the establishment of a competent user organisation, work closely with engineering partners, and support existing production areas. Your job will include collaboration with our Engineering partners and keeping in touch with them throughout the project. You'll also check the structures to make sure they are safe and keep track of any changes that happen along the way. This is an important role where you will support the smooth running of projects and daily operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- You will be key stakeholder, as interface goes to you, from the rest of the project members.
- Write/review requirement specifications and review of designs.
- Support installation of equipment, commissioning and qualification.
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintenance strategy.
- Assess and identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Your new department
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
API M3 Black Utility is a new department consisting of total 10 people of engineers, technicians and skilled workers, with responsibility for Black Utility.
Project related tasks will be reported to our Senior Project Managers and other line management task will go to your new manager.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
- Interest in and preferable experience with utility systems such as steam or general distribution systems of all kinds of utility.
- Understand technical documents such as technical specification, Factory acceptance test (FAT), Site acceptance test (SAT) and validation protocols, as well as complex project documentation.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) since this is our preliminary communication language in this diverse organization.
- It will be an advantage if you have a degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering (Maskinmester) or have an academic education in mechanical engineering or similar.
