The position
The role is a 1- year maternity cover starting from 1 October 2025.
As an HR Consultant, you will oversee the Novo Nordisk-specific Back-to-Work process for vulnerable employees who require a renewed balance between their health and work. In this role, you will lead meetings, drive coordination, make decisions on next steps, and ensure follow-ups. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and Unions, and will be part of a department dedicated to promoting social responsibility for employees in Denmark.
The position is based in Bagsværd, with the possibility of attending meetings at other Novo Nordisk locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in meetings and processes, demonstrating proficiency in leadership.
- Drive and support the Back-to-Work process, balancing employees' resources with their work demands.
- Maintain an overview of flex jobs and replacement offers and be comfortable working with various systems.
- Participate in special programs aimed at supporting employees in crisis, including follow-up meetings and other relevant HR projects.
Qualifications
Having strong experience in dealing with people and providing support is essential for success in this role. We envision the ideal candidate as someone who:
- Has HR experience and a social professional background (such as a social counsellor or occupational psychologist) with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Is an active, responsible team player who can work independently in a busy environment while managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Is familiar with handling various processes, administrative tasks, and working in a structured way.
- Has a natural ability to listen to and support individuals in need while involving third parties when necessary.
- Is proficient in English and fluent in Danish.
You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization. You are solution-oriented and take ownership of your tasks, bringing energy and motivation to help both individuals and the organization develop.
You do not need prior knowledge of the specific Novo Nordisk Back-to-Work processes, as you will receive on-the-job training to learn them.
