The position
We are on the lookout for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with good communication skills, continuous improvement mindset and the desire to work closely together with a lot of different stakeholders.
Your main task will be to support implementation and maintenance of our quality requirements at our local production. You will ensure that our products and equipment are in compliance with internal/external standards and requirements. Aside from the daily casework, you will provide quality support for production, e.g. when processes are altered. In those cases, it will be your job to ensure that changes do not compromise on quality.
You will handle daily quality issues and make sure that optimizations within the production are within the requirements of the QMS. Look forward to a varied job containing tasks that call for your ability to be self-driven and systematic but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold an academic degree and several years of experience in quality assurance, ideally within a production environment.
- Have proficiency in IT and the ability to acclimate to various systems.
- Have knowledge of equipment for automated assembly and packaging, along with an appreciation for simplicity.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance standards such as ISO9001, EN13485, and GMP would be an advantage.
As a person, you are analytical, systematic and possess excellent communication skills, just as you are proficient in English and Danish both orally and in writing. You are curious, willing to learn and good at asking questions.
About the department
You will be a part of the Quality department of Needle Manufacturing and have a workday with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. We are 22 employees responsible for the quality assurance of all pen needle products produced at site Hjørring for Novo Nordisk. The main purpose of our department is to safeguard patient safety, product quality and compliance. You will find that you have rich opportunities to create great results and develop yourself, both on a professional and on a personal level.
