The positions

In Quality Support we ensure the department complies with current regulatory requirements and maintain the right flows into our warehouses including handling change controls, deviations, and procedure updates in our quality system.

As we are currently expanding, we are looking for experienced GxP support profiles to drive international GMP warehouse projects from our site(s) in Denmark, by e.g.:

  • Establishing GMP warehouse processes and facilities up to Novo standards
  • Collaborating closely with different project stakeholders, ranging from IT, over Training, to QA to set direction.
  • Mapping all necessary SOP and training requirements
  • Design and establish training set-ups/plans, job instructions, SOP and other documentation

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A master’s degree within a life science field.
  • A background in Quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with GMP material documentation.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience from projects
  • Written and verbal proficiency in Danish and English.

Ideally, coupled with:

  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with LEAN and agile methodologies.

About the department

Sourcing Warehousing is located in both Hillerød and Kalundborg, and your workplace will be in Hillerød. We handle and store raw materials from development to the end product, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards. The department consists of approximately 150 dedicated employees who receive goods, handle samples, and deliver products to production. You will be part of a team responsible for supporting processes and ensuring high quality, guided by a strong GMP mindset. As part of Sourcing Operations within External Supply, we play a vital role in Novo Nordisk’s supply chain.
