The position As a Senior Equipment Responsible, you will become part of a close-knit group of 13 skilled technicians and professionals working together to optimize our operational excellence. Your primary activities will involve supporting our production processes through ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing change requests, addressing and handling complex deviations, and overseeing qualification and validation activities, as well as optimizing the use of our equipment. By collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will play a key role in enhancing our processes through equipment. Your key tasks include:
  • Utilizing methodologies such as A3 to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Communicating and coordinating with both internal and external partners to drive projects forward
  • Leading improvement initiatives that streamline our processes, making them smarter and more efficient
The specific tasks you take on will be tailored to your unique skills and experiences, giving you the opportunity to grow in your role. Qualifications To thrive in this position, we believe you to:
  • Hold a master’s degree in natural sciences, chemistry, or another related discipline
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the production and/or development of pharmaceutical products
  • Possess not only familiarity but also a strong commitment to GMP and LEAN methodologies
  • Showcase proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English

About the department You will join a vibrant business area that specializes in producing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients around the globe. Our department, Product Supply API, consists of two functional areas: Production and Support, operating as a cohesive unit. Together, we are dedicated to producing Factor VII API for patients suffering from hemophilia and managing post-surgical bleeding. Within the Support department, you will collaborate with about 75 dedicated colleagues and contribute to one of the world’s largest and most reputable pharmaceutical companies.
