Then this is your opportunity to join VIKING’s Digital Sales and E-Commerce team. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and tech-savvy Student Assistant who can help us improve and maintain our digital sales platforms. You will contribute to projects, optimize internal workflows, and support the execution of digital initiatives across the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Enrichment and quality assurance of product data in our PIM (Product Information Management) system
  • Supporting e-commerce project managers with tasks and development initiatives
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting on our e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining internal guides and documentation for digital workflows
  • Assisting with online marketing activities and content updates related to the webshop
  • Contributing to improvements in user experience (UX), design consistency, and digital process optimization
  • Helping identify and streamline inefficient workflows within our digital systems
  • Ad hoc tasks

You will work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the expectation of mutual flexibility during peak periods and exam seasons.

Student assistants play an important role within the VIKING organization. About you
You don’t need to check every box, but we imagine you have a structured and detail-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in digital platforms, e-commerce, UX, and optimizing online customer journeys.

  • You are studying (or you plan to start studying) within a relevant field - and have two or more years left before graduation.
  • Experience with (or curiosity about) digital tools such as CMS, PIM systems, design or analytics software and AI tools is an advantage.
  • You have a proactive, collaborative and self-driven attitude and enjoy learning new tools and improving how things are done
