The Position

As a GMP professional, your primary tasks will be to support daily operations and projects in the warehouse. You will be part of a dynamic workday that includes problem-solving, handling deviations, updating SOPs, and future-proofing workflows. You must be adaptable and ready to reprioritize tasks, as no two days are the same.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Contributing to daily operations in close collaboration with the department’s GMP Coordinator

· Updating SOPs and job instructions

· Driving and implementing major operational tasks — e.g., regulatory requirements, new equipment, significant change cases, and deviation handling

· Preparing for, driving, and participating in audits and inspections

· Participating in complex projects and taking the lead on project-related tasks

· Driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives

· Collaborating closely with stakeholders

· Using PAS-X, SAP, and other warehouse-related IT systems

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you:

· Hold an academic degree in Manufacturing, Pharma, or another relevant field

· Have more than 3 years of work experience as a supporter in production or warehouse operations

· Possess knowledge or experience in operations and development within warehouse, production, supply chain, or other relevant functional areas

· Have an interest in and aptitude for working with PAS-X, SAP, and other warehouse-related IT systems

· Are fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written, as communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential

About the Department

You will join the AM GE BS Warehouse Support team, a group of seven colleagues within Warehouse Operations. We prioritize time for sparring and knowledge sharing and are always willing to support one another. We are a social, inclusive team that values diversity and sees strength in our differences. Warehouse Operations is part of the Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing, Gentofte. We support manufacturing areas across Gentofte. Other teams in the department focus on Training & Onboarding, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Data & Manufacturing Intelligence, Planning & Capacity, and Finance & Procurement. We are ambitious and committed to delivering the best possible service to our production departments. We’ll support your development with regular feedback and sparring—and ensure we have fun along the way.

Working at Aseptic Manufacturing Gentofte, Novo Nordisk

The Aseptic Manufacturing site in Gentofte is part of the global Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing network. Across our sites in Gentofte, more than 700 colleagues are responsible for aseptic manufacturing—transforming APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment.
