Then this is a unique opportunity to join a major investment program in Novo Nordisk as the Senior Manager for Warehouse (WH) Intralogistics Operations Technology (OT) & Automation.
The position
As a Senior Manager for WH/Intralogistics OT & Automation, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the deployment of WH/Intralogistics OT & Automation solutions across our global production expansion sites
- Driving efficient, scalable, and standardized rollouts in close collaboration with our Intralogistics teams and EWM delivery organization
- Managing a complex network of stakeholders across both business and IT domains to ensure robust and future-ready solutions
- Defining direction and priorities for a high-performing team of WH/Intralogistics SMEs and project managers, removing barriers and streamlining collaboration and delivery processes at our sites
Qualifications
To fulfil this role, we are looking for an experienced manager with relevant WH/Intralogistics domain knowledge who can think strategically, do the planning, and give direction to the executing teams. Having experience from a greenfield track in a manufacturing or production program is the ideal combination.

- You have proven experience building and driving strong and high-performing teams aligned with the company’s vision and values

- You are skilled in proactive, strategic communication and you can foresee, adapt and act on issues
- You have experience working in global companies with large and complex stakeholder landscapes and you are fluent in English in verbal and written form
On top of that, we would like that you hold a relevant master’s degree and you will be able to work out of Denmark
About the department
Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) is a newly established and growing program with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
You will join FFEx IT & Automation, which is a part of Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT – PS). We define and set the IT/OT standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
