The position

As our Global Sales and Operations Execution Process manager you will:

  • Drive both the maturity and the adherence across of our cross functional S&OE process, enabling us to proactively mitigate key supply risks within a six-month horizon.
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives to elevate the maturity level of our S&OE processes.
  • Co-design the future state of the Global S&OE process together with our global and commercial partners, ensuring it remains robust in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and standardize ways of communicating, executing, and monitoring mitigation plans across Platforms.
  • Clearly define, document, and uphold roles and responsibilities across all Supply Chain functions.
  • Create, implement, and monitor dashboards with relevant process performance KPIs to measure success.
  • Actively participate in the Weekly Global S&OE meetings to ensure impactful decisions are made.
  • Lead the monthly S&OE maturity roadmap reporting to Senior Management.
  • Mentor and coach team members on process excellence, helping to build a culture rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related logistics field (APICS/CIPM certification appreciated).
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience within a Supply Chain department.
  • A strong background in process improvement, lean principles, and innovation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong skills in change management and negotiation.
  • A proactive, independent mindset balanced with a strong team spirit.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
