Student Assistant - Your future Job in Sales & Kundeservice

We’re looking for a Student to become a versatile sparring partner in our day-to-day customer service & Sales process, someone who is willing to understand our business domain, learn the in-depth product knowledge and not afraid of working without salary during the onboarding as we need to heavily invest time on onboarding and training you.

The idea is that we onboard you and continuously support you, so you become an important asset for the company asap and hence create your own job position. Best assumption is that after the onboarding, it will start with a few hours paid job and you will be on the driving seat and increase your hours as you drive more Sales and become a valuable asset for the company.

About the Company

I founded it as part time start up in 2022 after working 20 years for large organization in IT, eCommerce & healthcare in both Germany & Denmark.
In the last 4 years we have build a good reputation and trust among customers through quality products, prices and great customer service. We have extensively invested in marketing, sponsor campaigns and generous discounts.

We have earned over 1500 customers from private & public sector where many of them are repeating customers and many are won through the references from existing customers.

We now need to unlock the great value and huge potential of our Brand and therefor looking for a young and passionate student who can help us taking the business to the next level.

Our customers include clinics, hospitals, medical students and Firstaid/Paramedics.

About Team

We mainly work with Freelancers executing tasks from different locations in Denmark & abroad. You’ll join me and my partner in Kolding. I will be your sparring partner. Most of the tasks can be done remotely.

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead conversion: Convert leads into Sales by assisting customers over the phone. We receive leads from existing and new customers through our contact form, help line, email, live chat and SoMe accounts.
  • Customer service: Assist customers with their pre & post purchase questions e.g related to product, warranty or returns.
  • Get the product knowledge by seeing the physical products and through the product data available on our webshop
  • Ad hoc e-commerce tasks related to Products/Sales/customer service

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience, but you should be curious and hardworking. You should have a positive, can-do and winning attitude.

  • Genuinely curious. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, but we expect you to want to learn.
  • Service minded customer service individual
  • Has a great flair of Sale, you sense the opportunity from customer service to Sales
  • Creative. You come up with ideas to improve our Sales.
  • Structured. You keep an overview when many things are in motion.
  • Ideally you are from Kolding or going to stay in Kolding for next few years for a long term cooperation
  • Fluent in Danish & English, Swedish or Norwegian is nice to have.
  • A naturally open-minded personality accustomed to work in an international environment
  • Familiarity with SoMe & SEO is nice to have

Your background

We don’t care much about the exact title on your diploma. For inspiration, you might be studying Business, marketing, or something similar at for example at SDU, IBA or another Kolding-based institution. What matters more is that you have weekly 5-8 hours availability and can-do attitude.
You understand that your role is very important and a key for our business as you fill the gap between us and our customers through your strong communication skills.
