An Electrical Project Manager is required to oversee the delivery of a substation construction project in Fredericia, Denmark. This opportunity offers a salary of up to €120,000, with accommodation, flights home, a hire car and rotation available for overseas appointments.

The Electrical Project Manager will take responsibility for project delivery from initial planning through to completion and handover, coordinating design activities, subcontractors, project teams and key stakeholders.

This position would suit an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering, construction project management or power infrastructure, looking to take responsibility for a substation project in Denmark.

Job description

  • Manage electrical construction project delivery from initial planning through to completion and handover.
  • Coordinate design activities and interfaces with subcontractors, third-party stakeholders and project teams.
  • Oversee project resources, staffing requirements and construction team coordination.
  • Manage the transition of projects from estimating through to construction delivery.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, reviewing project delivery, safety and training.
