Area of responsibility: Website and app customer experience, mobile UX, conversion and the complete member journey.
Reporting to: Head of Activation.
Start ASAP.
What you will own
Own and continuously improve the customer experience across our website and app, with a strong focus on mobile, conversion and the complete member journey. You will combine UX, customer behaviour, analytics, experimentation and commercial understanding to identify friction and growth opportunities, then take them from insight to implementation and measurement.
- Mobile, web and app customer journeys
- UX research, funnel analysis and customer behaviour insights
- User flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction design
- Conversion optimisation and experimentation
- Tracking requirements, measurement and post-launch validation
- Development-ready tickets, acceptance criteria and UX QA
- Coordination of UX initiatives across Design, IT/Product and Data
Key tasks
- Identify friction, drop-off and commercial opportunities across discovery, PDP, membership, basket, checkout, account and post-purchase journeys.
- Use analytics, session evidence, customer feedback, usability testing and research to understand why customers struggle or abandon.
- Design mobile-first solutions in Figma and translate them into implementable requirements.
- Define hypotheses and success metrics, coordinate experiments and recommend rollout, iteration or stop.
- Validate releases against intended UX and measure whether changes improve the customer and commercial outcome.
Timing and primary goals
- Clear baseline of the most important web and app journeys, with the biggest friction and measurement gaps identified.
- An evidence-based UX/CRO backlog and prioritised roadmap agreed with the business.
- Multiple improvements taken from insight through design, IT delivery and measurement.
- A repeatable experimentation process with clear hypotheses, success metrics and documented learnings.
- Concrete examples of improved conversion, funnel progression, product discovery, app/member journeys or reduced delivery rework.
Your primary goal will be to improve the customer experience across web and app and connect UX decisions to conversion, contribution and customer value. Within the first six months, you will establish a clear baseline of the most important customer journeys, identify the biggest friction and measurement gaps, and agree an evidence-based UX/CRO backlog and prioritised roadmap with the business. You will take improvements from insight through design, IT delivery and measurement, while building a repeatable experimentation process with clear hypotheses, success metrics and documented learnings.
Workplace
You will be based at our office in Copenhagen.

The candidate
The ideal candidate combines a relevant educational background with hands-on professional experience in UX or digital product design within ecommerce. You are analytical, commercially minded and able to turn customer insight into improvements that go live and deliver measurable results. You understand the differences between mobile web and native app experiences, and how to improve the complete member journey from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase.
- Strong hands-on UX and/or digital product experience from ecommerce
- Significant mobile ecommerce experience and hands-on native app UX experience
- Commercial mindset: able to connect UX decisions to conversion, contribution and customer value
Through analytical, yet creative thinking, you find practical solutions to customer friction. You can translate evidence into clear design decisions and work directly with developers and other stakeholders to implement them.
Educational background
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, interaction design, digital design, human-computer interaction or a closely related field with a clear UX focus. You keep your UX skills current through relevant courses and professional communities.
Professional background and work experience
You have at least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in UX or digital product design within ecommerce, including mobile web and native apps. You can demonstrate projects taken from user research through design and development to launch, with measurable improvements to customer journeys or conversion. Experience in beauty, fashion, retail or subscription-based ecommerce is an advantage.
Language skills
You communicate fluently in professional English (spoken and written).
IT skills
- Strong Figma, wireframing, prototyping and interaction-design skills
- Experience working directly with IT/developers/Product and writing actionable requirements
- Strong understanding of analytics, funnel analysis, tracking and customer behaviour
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing or structured experimentation
- Confident, hands-on use of AI tools is a requirement.
Personal and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and evidence-led, but pragmatic enough to move quickly
- Proactive: you find opportunities rather than waiting for a UX brief
- Structured enough to turn ambiguity into clear solutions and tickets
- Collaborative, hands-on and comfortable challenging assumptions
- Motivated by seeing work go live, and not just delivering a Figma file
As an achiever and team player, you take responsibility for your work and collaborate to achieve results. You are comfortable challenging assumptions, explaining your decisions and following through on implementation and measurement.
