Kitchen Supervisor – join a close-knit team
Are you good at keeping things moving when the pace picks up? And do you enjoy coordinating people and tasks?
Join Landal Seawest as our new Kitchen Supervisor. No culinary background is required – what matters is your ability to bring structure and energy to the day-to-day operation.
Working with us, you will get:
- A role you can grow into – with a thorough introduction to the job
- Influence on your working day – including your shift plan and how we develop the kitchen
- A down-to-earth team – with close collaboration and an informal atmosphere
Meet your new F&B team
Landal Seawest is one of Landal's six Danish holiday parks, tucked among the dunes and pine plantations of West Jutland in Nørre Nebel, close to both the beach and the forest. Here, we do our best to give every guest great holiday memories – and as Kitchen Supervisor, you will be part of making that happen.
You will join our F&B team, which covers both the Brasserie and the Snack Bar. Our team consists of 1 other supervisor besides you, 2 kitchen staff – supported by 4-5 part-time colleagues and our manager.
Bring structure to the kitchen's daily flow
As Kitchen Supervisor you take on a coordinating role in the daily running of the kitchen. Clear processes, modern equipment and prepared products are already in place. Your job is to keep everything moving – from the first prep in the morning to the last order at night.
You will:
- Coordinate and follow up on the kitchen's daily tasks
- Make sure standards, quality and hygiene are upheld across every shift
- Support and guide colleagues day to day, and keep an overview when things get busy
- Take part in food preparation and keep the workspace clean and organized
- Help build a good working environment and collaboration across the F&B team
A job that still leaves room for a life outside it
You get a full-time position of 37 hours a week, along with a thorough introduction to the job. You also get real influence over your own shift plan, even though evenings, weekends and holidays are part of the job. In addition, we offer a pension scheme, a flexible benefits scheme and pay set by collective agreement.
Who are you?
You do not need a culinary background or a hospitality education to take on this role – what matters most is that you can bring order to a busy shift.
We also imagine that you:
- Have experience from a coordinating role, or a clear flair for coordination
- Speak English – conversational skills are enough to get started, and Danish is a bonus if you have it
- Are structured, take ownership and do not lose the thread when a shift picks up pace
- Are flexible around evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Have a few years of experience from a similar role, ideally with some team responsibility – but it is not a requirement
