Sales Excellence Manager, M&J Recycling
Do you have experience within Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence? Are you motivated by making a sales organisation more effective through strong processes, better data, and the right digital tools?
M&J Recycling shredders are in demand all over the world. To support our continued growth, we are now looking for a Sales Excellence Manager for a newly created key role, where you will have the opportunity to make your mark on our global sales organisation.
The objective is simple: Free up more time for sales, customers, and growth
As our new Sales Excellence Manager, you will help further develop and strengthen our global commercial setup. You will act as a key sparring partner to our sales organisation and be responsible for ensuring that processes, systems, and ways of working support the business in the best possible way. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and involves close collaboration across Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
A role with real Impact
This is not a role where success is measured by introducing more processes. On the contrary, your mission is to ensure that processes, systems, and data make every day work easier for our sales teams.
We are looking for someone who can challenge the way we work today, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that create value for our customers, sales teams, and the business. As this is a newly established role, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the scope, priorities, and ways of working from the outset.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing and further developing sales processes, tools, and best practices across the organisation
- Driving the commercial development of Salesforce and ensuring high user adoption
- Strengthening data quality, pipeline management, and forecasting processes
- Developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance management tools that support effective decision-making
- Translating data into actionable insights and improvement initiatives
- Supporting lead management and the collaboration between Marketing and Sales
- Driving and supporting projects within CRM, AI, automation, and commercial effectiveness
- Contributing to the development of our global partner network through improved tools, processes, and insights
Your Profile
You thrive at the intersection of people, processes, systems, and data. You have a strong continuous improvement mindset and are motivated by enhancing existing solutions to create even greater value for the business.
You are likely to have experience from a role within Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or a similar field and have worked with optimizing sales organisations. You are often the person colleagues turn to when processes need improvement, data needs to be translated into action, or new systems need to be implemented.
Experience from an international B2B company is an advantage, but most importantly, you understand what drives success in a modern sales organisation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Works in a structured and data-driven manner
- Has strong stakeholder management skills
- Possesses the ability to drive change without formal people management responsibility
- Speaks and writes professional English, and preferably German
