Your role:

As Sales Director Europe, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business within hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic systems, service and related solutions throughout Europe.

You will lead commercial activities towards both existing and new customers, identify new market opportunities and contribute to the execution of our long-term sales strategy.

The position reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive significant business growth across existing and new European markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
  • Execute the company's short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Create sustainable growth within strategic customer segments.
  • Cooperate closely with engineering, operations and other functions to develop competitive customer solutions.
  • Represent Dellner Hydratech at industry exhibitions, conferences and customer events.
  • Support management in evaluating strategic growth opportunities and acquisitions.
  • Support after-sales activities when required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location and Travel

We are open regarding your country of residence within Europe. However, the role requires substantial travel throughout Europe to visit existing customers, develop new business and maintain a strong market presence. Regular presence at our headquarter in Vraa, Denmark, will also be expected to ensure close collaboration with colleagues and management.

Who are you? We are looking for the right mindset

  • Proven sales leadership experience within hydraulics, cylinders, marine, offshore, industrial equipment or a related technical industry.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Documented success in developing business and delivering commercial results.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive activities and opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Fluent English communication skills. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
