Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our Nordic Service Order Management Team

Our Service Team is a tight-knit, multicultural group of professionals from Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Together we keep our customers’ critical infrastructure running smoothly servicing the Nordic region, including Baltics, Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a key part of our Nordic Service Order Management unit. Working closely with the Service Sales Specialist and the rest of the team, you will provide reliable support and make a real difference in helping the team deliver great service to our customers and help keep the whole group synchronized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Synchronize daily activities – together with the team, you will coordinate, prioritize, and track daily activities, ensuring workflows run smoothly and efficiently – like a well-orchestrated symphony.
  • Support contract creation – prepare and maintain service contracts in SAP, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain master data – keep Excel workbooks and SAP records up-to-date
  • First-line service order handling – receive, verify and forward service orders, making sure information is complete and delivered on time to the right stakeholders.
  • Clear communication – interact with customers and internal partners communicating fluent and professional in English and Danish, translating technical needs into actionable tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative culture – actively share successes, help colleagues overcome obstacles, and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused environment.

In this role you will be an integral part of a close-knit team that spans Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark, all working together to deliver seamless service to our customers.

Experience

We expect that you bring relevant experience from a similar position and are confident with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks in a dynamic environment.

Technical skills:

  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • Familiarity with a CRM system
