
ERP Analyst at Mibau Stema Group
Do you want to be part of a team and shape the future ERP platform of a growing international business in the construction industry? Do you have hands-on experience with ERP systems and a desire to play a key role in our ERP transformation and future development?
We are creating the new position of an ERP Analyst (f/m/d) who will play a key role in the full implementation process as well as the future business support and development of the platform.
You will become part of Mibau Stema Group. We are currently undergoing a study to identify a new group wide ERP system this will conclude in late 2026 with the implementation taking place in 2027. You will be at the center of this development. The product selected will most likely be a Microsoft Product. Depending on your preference, the position will be based either in Cadenberge (Germany) or in Aabenraa (Denmark) and will report to the CFO, closely working both with the Business Units as well as IT.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conduct key tasks in the implementation of Mibau Stema’s new ERP system such as
- Analyse and document business processes and requirements (e.g. Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance)
- Develop common solutions with business stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Be a key member of the Project Team supporting the Steering Committee and the Company Leadership by analysing options and preparing decisions
- Act as partner to the business for the operation, support and continuous development of the ERP platform and surrounding solutions after implementation
- Undertake other specific tasks or responsibilities as may be required from time to time
Qualifications and Personal Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive team player who has a strong professional foundation in ERP systems as well as business processes and who enjoys working in a high intensity environment. The role requires:
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems and projects (ideally Microsoft Business Central or Finance & Operations)
- Strong analytical and process skills, with structured, pragmatic thinking and the ability to translate complex processes or structures into clear, easy-to-understand concepts and solutions
- Understanding for business processes in an international and unique supply chain context
- Tenacity to overcome obstacles independently in a goal-oriented manner, “getting-things-done” mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, quickly building trusted relationships and leading without formal authority
- Full professional proficiency in English (German and/or Danish would be an advantage)
- Flexibility for moderate travel within Northern Europe
