DENCAM is a development-driven engineering and manufacturing company working with advanced composite technologies, tooling, and innovative solutions for the wind and industrial sectors. To support our ongoing growth and R&D activities, we are looking for new colleagues to join our team in Faaborg, Denmark.

Open Positions

1. Senior Infusion Specialist

We are looking for an experienced specialist with a strong background in wind turbine blade development and advanced resin infusion technologies. In this role, you will contribute with deep technical knowledge and help strengthen our development activities in advanced composites.

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience from wind industry R&D/engineering
  • Strong expertise in VARTM, RTM, infusion simulation, and process validation
  • Experience with blade structures and large composite components
  • Relevant Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Composites, or similar

2. Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a senior engineer with solid hands-on experience in composite manufacturing and process development. You will work closely with colleagues across development and production and play an important role in turning ideas into robust manufacturing solutions.

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in composite manufacturing
  • Experience from R&D and development projects
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Composites, or similar
  • Experience with pultrusion is an advantage
  • Project management experience is beneficial

3. Student Assistant / Internship – Mechanical Design

This position is a good opportunity for a student or intern who would like practical experience with mechanical design, CAD, prototyping, and technical documentation. You will support ongoing development projects and work closely with experienced colleagues.

Preferred background:

  • Mechanical Engineering or related studies
  • Interest in product development and manufacturing technologies

4. Student Assistant / Internship – Process Engineering & Composites

In this role, you will be involved in development projects within composite manufacturing and process engineering. You will work together with experienced specialists and, in some cases, research partners, and gain practical insight into how new solutions are developed and tested.

Tasks may include:

  • Supporting composite manufacturing and process engineering activities
  • Technical documentation and reporting
  • Laboratory testing and material evaluation

Preferred background:

  • Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Composites, or related studies

Practical Information

  • Location: Faaborg, Denmark
  • Student positions: approx. 15 hours/week (~2 days/week)
  • Internship opportunities: 4–6 months for Bachelor’s or Master’s students
  • Applicants must be able to commute to Faaborg
  • Valid work permit for Denmark required
  • Strong English communication skills required
