MCC Duty Manager

CityJet is looking for an experienced MCC Duty Manager to join our Technical Operations team in Hangar 3 Copenhagen Airport.

The role is responsible for overseeing daily MCC activities and supporting the operational airworthiness of the fleet. The primary focus is ensuring aircraft readiness, supporting overnight maintenance planning, and making timely operational airworthiness decisions throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include coordinating AOG recoveries, monitoring scheduled maintenance, managing defects, ordering spare parts, updating AMOS, and coordinating with CAMO, Supply Chain, MROs, OEMs, and other operational stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The MCC Duty Manager will also support occurrence reporting within AMOS and the Safety Management System and contribute to general CAMO and engineering activities as required. The position includes operational decision-making responsibilities within Technical Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a continuing airworthiness environment
  • Aeronautical degree or maintenance license is an advantage and may allow a reduction in work experience requirements
  • Previous CAMO or Part-145 experience
  • Good understanding of aviation regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge of AMOS or similar M&E systems
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across teams

Working Pattern

This is a shift-based role covering early and late operations, from approximately 04:45 Danish time until the final arrival of the CityJet fleet. While the role is primarily daytime and evening based, occasional night shifts may be required.
