En rolle med ansvar og indflydelse

Som DevOps Engineer får du en central og tværgående rolle i vores eCommerce-setup, der består af:

  • SAP Commerce Cloud (Java/Spring) – inkl. daily environments
  • Umbraco (.NET) på Azure
  • Front-end hostet på Vercel.

Systemerne kommunikerer via REST-interfaces, og platformen er forretningskritisk. Rollen handler derfor om helhedsforståelse, stabilitet og sammenhæng – ikke kun om enkelte teknologier.

Du bliver en aktiv del af samarbejdet mellem backend-, middleware- og front-end-teams og bidrager til at løfte den samlede tekniske modenhed. Vi er en afdeling med 19 kollegaer, som vægter det faglige og sociale fællesskab højt.

Dine primære opgaver

Du kommer bl.a. til at:

  • Tage end-to-end ansvar for DevOps-setup og platformens drift
  • Eje og videreudvikle build- og deploy pipelines (CI/CD)
  • GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Gradle
  • Sikre stabile og reproducerbare daily environments
  • Arbejde struktureret med miljøhåndtering på tværs af DAILY/QA/PROD
  • Etablere og videreudvikle observability (logging, metrics, tracing) fx Dynatrace og OpenSearch
  • Understøtte og over tid implementere Infrastructure as Code fx Terraform
  • Bidrage til containerisering og runtime-optimering (Docker)
  • Sammen med udviklerne analysere incidents og arbejde systematisk med root cause fremfor symptombehandling
  • Optimere stabilitet, performance og forbrug – herunder på Vercel.

Samarbejde og arbejdsform

Rollen arbejder tæt sammen med:

  • Backend-udviklere (SAP CC/Java/Spring)
  • Umbraco(.NET-udviklere
  • Front-end-teamet (Vercel)
  • Arkitektur og teknisk ledelse.

Du tager ansvar og ejerskab, ikke kun en rådgivende rolle – og er med til at sikre, at platformen kan udvikles og drives stabilt, skalerbart og forudsigeligt.

Hvem er du?

Du har erfaring med DevOps, cloud-drift eller platform-ansvar og trives i et miljø med komplekse afhængigheder og høj forretningsmæssig betydning.

Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring med flere af følgende:

  • Cloud-platforme (Azure og/eller AWS)
  • Vercel – herunder optimering af forbrug og performance
  • CI/CD og build pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Container-teknologi (Docker)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform eller tilsvarende)
  • Overvågning, logging og tracing
  • Drift af forretningskritiske systemer
  • REST-baserede integrationer.

Erfaring med SAP Commerce Cloud, Java/Spring, Solr, Typesense eller SonarQube er en fordel men ikke et krav.

Det vigtigste er, at du kan skabe stabilitet, struktur og teknisk overblik og har lyst til at tage ansvar for hele platformen.

DevOps Engineer for Lemvigh-Müller

A Role with Responsibility and Influence

As a DevOps Engineer, you will have a central, cross-functional role in our eCommerce setup, which consists of:

  • SAP Commerce Cloud (Java/Spring) – including daily environments.
  • Umbraco (.NET) runs on Microsoft Azure.
  • Front-end hosted on Vercel.

The systems communicate via REST interfaces, and the platform is business-critical. The role therefore requires holistic understanding, stability, and architectural coherence – not just focus on individual technologies.

You will actively collaborate with backend, middleware, and front-end teams while helping strengthen our overall technical maturity. We are a department of 19 colleagues who value both professional excellence and strong social collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking end-to-end ownership of the DevOps setup and platform operations
  • Owning and further developing build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
    • GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Gradle
  • Ensuring stable and reproducible daily environments
  • Managing environments across DAILY/QA/PROD
  • Establishing and evolving observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
    • e.g., Dynatrace and OpenSearch
  • Supporting and gradually implementing Infrastructure as Code
    • e.g., Terraform
  • Contributing to containerization and runtime optimization using Docker
  • Working with developers to analyze incidents and address root causes, not just symptoms
  • Optimizing stability, performance, and cost efficiency, including the platform on Vercel.

Collaboration and Ways of Working

The role works closely with:

  • Backend developers (SAP Commerce Cloud/Java/Spring)
  • Umbraco/.NET developers
  • The front-end team (Vercel)
  • Architecture and technical leadership.

You will take responsibility and ownership — not just an advisory role — helping ensure the platform can be developed and operated in a stable, scalable, and predictable way.

Who Are You?

You have experience with DevOps, cloud operations, or platform ownership and thrive in environments with complex dependencies and strong business impact.

We expect that you have experience with several of the following:

  • Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
  • Vercel, including optimization of cost and performance
  • CI/CD and build pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Container technologies (Docker)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
  • Monitoring, logging, and tracing
  • Operations of business-critical systems
  • REST-based integrations.

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, Java/Spring, Solr, Typesense, or SonarQube is an advantage but not a requirement.

Most importantly, you can create stability, structure, and technical oversight, and you are motivated to take ownership of the platform as a whole.
