
International Network Coordinator
Would you like to help to ensuring quality and efficiency in global assistance services for Nordic policy holders?
At SOS International, we are looking for a dedicated and analytically strong Network Coordinator to join our TravelCare Division. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing our international network of hospitals, clinics, and service providers – with a focus on both quality and cost.
About the Role
As a Network Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with international assistance partners and other providers in selected regions
- Analyzing and evaluating provider data and supporting Network Managers in data-driven negotiations
- Supporting internal departments such as the Alarm Centre, Commercial, and Legal with provider inquiries and customer complaints
- Optimizing processes and solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient operations, including handling feedback from internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the implementation and follow-up of network agreements globally
You will be part of a team that works closely with other departments across the organization – united by the ambition to deliver the best service at the best price
Your Profile
We imagine that you:
- Have a structured and analytical approach and enjoy working with data – especially in Excel
- Are a strong communicator who builds long-lasting relationships – both internally and externally
- Keep calm and maintain an overview in high-pressure situations
- Have experience from the assistance industry, insurance, or similar – though this is not a requirement
- Are used to working with suppliers
- Are fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level, and understand/speak at least one Scandinavian language – additional language skills are a plus
