About the role
As our Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team at our Odense headquarters, providing analytical insight, strategic support, and financial guidance across business areas. You will help shape the future of our financial operations, implement scalable processes, and contribute directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with global teams to develop forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
- Provide financial insight on R&D, manufacturing, and market expansion projects
- Help streamline finance operations and implement financial systems/tools
- Responsible for investor reporting, and audit processes
- Analyse market trends and identify business opportunities/risks
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, ideally in biotech/pharma, consulting, or a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in English
- Experience with ERP systems
- Self-starter with a global mindset and a passion for innovationregns
