The role and opportunities
As a Graduate in the Modelling team, you’ll be part of EY-Parthenon, where you’ll have the opportunity to build a truly exceptional experience by working in the energy transition sector across clients and assets. Our team includes individuals of diverse genders, backgrounds, and experiences—because we believe diversity drives better outcomes. The team consists of 15 employees with very different educational and cultural backgrounds.
In the Modelling team we build complex financial models for our clients in the energy sector and advise them on transactions across the globe. We act as lead financial advisors for clients buying or selling energy projects or assets and thereby work closely together within the team as well as collaborate with our colleagues in the wider EY-Parthenon network. Using our financial modelling skills, we support clients such as renewable energy developers, utilities, and private equity funds with analysis and answers whenever they need to take investment decisions on assets such as solar, wind, energy storage, biogas, or power-to-x.
We offer a broad range of work experiences that will enable you to grow professionally in a much more personalized way, while fostering a culture of global teaming and integration. In addition to work, we also occasionally meet for various social events, such as going go-carting or taking a cocktail-making class to strengthen our social cohesion.
Through our internal coaching and training programs, you’ll develop the skillsets you need to stay relevant today and in the future – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond. This is your chance to personalize and build your career as you wish!
