Would you like to drive life-changing events for business owners? Seize this exceptional chance to launch your career with our Corporate Finance team in EY-Parthenon, starting in August 2026. We’re committed to investing in your potential, providing guidance, and offering support throughout your journey with us.
The role and opportunities
As an Associate in Corporate Finance, you will become a vital part of our team, contributing to companies’ achieving their strategic objectives through local or global mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
We are the lead advisor in M&A processes and provide comprehensive support to business owners, private equity firms, and corporate clients across all stages of the M&A process: from preparing business plans and conducting valuations to managing buyer interactions and crafting effective deal negotiation strategies. We are proud to say that we have become an integral part of the infrastructure in Danish investment banking, and we take pride in having been awarded “Financial M&A Adviser of the Year”.
We are a team with strong expertise and credentials across all sectors, with a market-leading position within the Tech M&A landscape and an increasing focus on the sustainability sector.
We have a passion for advising business owners on life-changing events. We go to work every day to pursue, strengthen and balance the three core pillars in the team: i) having fun, ii) developing ourselves and iii) succeeding with all our transactions.
We offer a broad range of work experience that will enable you to grow professionally in a much more personalized way, while fostering a culture of global teaming and integration. You will be surrounded by committed colleagues and provided with the diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. In addition to work, we also occasionally meet for various social events, such as sports, Friday bars, dinners and lunches and the bi-annual team Strategy Day to strengthen our social cohesion.
