PR & Content Coordinator

Sophie Bille Brahe ApS is looking for a full-time PR & Content Coordinator to join the PR & Content department, starting preferably in August 2024.

As a PR & Content Coordinator, you will be part of our ambitious PR & Content department. You will become part of a fast-growing, international company, headquartered in Copenhagen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Media Relations: assist in executing the brand’s PR strategy accross media outlets, talents and partnerships.
  • Public Relations: managing media inquiries and maintaining relationships with media contacts, journalists and talents.
  • Writing press releases and other press-related texts.
  • Sample Coordination: manage and organize samples, including tracking, sending, receiving and maintaining inventory.
  • Project Management: coordinating content shoots,
  • PR events and other content-related projects.
  • Social Media Management: managing and publishing content on social media, including caption writing. Tracking engagement metrics and optimizing content for reach.
  • Collaboration: working with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • An eye for detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to work.

Sophie Bille Brahe is a Copenhagen-based fine jewellery designer. After training in the traditional way as a goldsmith, Sophie Bille Brahe graduated from London’s prestigious Royal College of Arts with a master’s. In 2011, she established her eponymous jewellery brand with a first boutique in central Copenhagen. In 2024, Sophie Bille Brahe opened another boutique in New York, on Madison Avenue. Today, the brand is sold in some of the world’s most esteemed luxury and fine jewellery spaces and stores. Sophie Bille Brahe offers pieces that reflect her thrill for storytelling, always striving to twist modern luxury.
