Validate product and process risks in new blade development projects and sign off the manufacturing baseline package in relations to quality, cost & time maturity
Support in manufacturing process robustness by identifying & controlling variation parameters including the incoming supplier items
Validate the CTQ by reviewing the design & process against capability
