Your main role is to provide end-user support through phone, ticket system and e-mails. Some of our employees in America may also need ongoing assistance hence your work hours will be in the afternoon starting from 2pm and onwards. It is important that you are able to work between 17.00 and 22.00 as a minimum. Expanding the working hours is also a possibility in both ends of the time frame if interested.
You will work remotely from home and we expect you to work 2-3 times a week during the above-mentioned hours.
