Setting direction, supporting strategic brand growth & innovation, driving scale commercially and in supply chain.

Setting Direction:
As senior manager in the EU Zone, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the European category strategy for selected categories. You will be an active part of the annual direction setting process as well as the Arla 2025 strategy process.

Supporting Innovation and strategic brand growth:
You will have a key role in supporting the Arla Brand organisation and the European community to achieve our KPIs, using the forums you are responsible for, or by leading selected projects.

Driving scale commercially:
As a member of our team you will not only be responsible for identifying and leveraging cross market opportunities but, more importantly, ensure that we in Europe have the right growth mindset by encouraging cooperation as well as share & steal.
