Are you an experienced scrum master, project manager or leader ready to take the next step? We are looking for a talented and experienced scrum master in one of our agile release trains in Arla.

You will join our Marketing-Innovation-Communication-Sustainability (MICS) release train consisting of 7 scrum teams as a scrum master for one or two teams. You will work very close to the business in Arla leading the path to transform the way we are working.

Scrum master working close to Product Owner from the business to drive one or two scrum teams
Drive the team in building new IT solutions and new ways of working in the business
Doing forecasting and controlling of financials
