Agile Coach

Do you have extensive agile experience and the ability to share your knowledge at all levels of a complex organisation? Would you like to be a key driver in a newly started Agile Transformation of a Software Organisation?

Your primary role is to apply your agile capabilities and experience across the organisation by coaching and mentoring our business units in agile values, methods and practices. You will support agile teams simultaneously with applying agile ways of working as well as adopting the agile mindset. Furthermore, you will coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters and team members from different levels of our organisation. You will support the agile teams, with focus on building capabilities locally within the teams.
