International Business Trainee in Design

Are you an innovative and creative designer who is passionate about leaving your mark on BESTSELLER’s future collections? And would you like to get best-practice experience on how to combine creativity with business sense?
As a Design IBT at BESTSELLER, you will be able to explore and select the strongest fashion trends from the international catwalks, subcultures, web bloggers, etc. and transform them into sellable yet aesthetic new fashion styles.
During the two years as an IBT, you will experience all aspects of the design process - from brainstorming to final product. Your daily tasks will include drawing styles and commenting on shape and fitting together with our pattern designers. You will quickly build a broad network as you communicate with our international suppliers, collaborate with buyers, and receive feedback and comments from our sales team in order to learn about our market needs and demands.
