International Business Trainee in Buying

Are you an ambitious and proactive team player who is passionate about fashion? Are you motivated by starting up new collections, building strong relationships to suppliers and negotiating the best prices and qualities?

Each of BESTSELLER’s brands has its own buying team working either on a main or express collection focusing on specific product groups and suppliers. As a Buying IBT, you will become part of one of those teams and will be working on and learning about the product development process in one of BESTSELLER’s brands.

You will also work closely together with Design and Sales to create the best collections. Your tasks are among others to handle the day to day business when developing a collection and transforming a sketch from design into an actual garment. This includes the buying of new qualities, fine-tuning of the first sample and, finally, placing the purchase orders.
