Reporting directly to the PEOPLE Director, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our C&B function in relation to the Danish organisation as well as the international perspective with amendments to local legislation.

On a daily basis, you provide direction and support to the C&B Specialists and offer valuable input to management teams across the entire business. You ensure that the Mobility function provides guidance and administrative support in the re-location of employees and new hires in an international setting. We strive for simple and efficient processes across our business, so you will always be looking for ways to improve the way we operate.
