What are the life situations of our users and customers? How do they feel about finances? And what do they think when we put existing and upcoming digital banking interfaces in their hands?
Do questions like these trigger your interest and make you want to go out into the world and start discovering? Then you may well be our next Senior UX consultant excelling in user experience research.
In this position you will work on developing banking solutions across all customer journeys. You will do so by conducting primary user research and exploring the behaviors and motivations of our users through methods like field visits, interviews / observations, surveys, and user experience testing of both prototyped and finished digital solutions.
