PhD scholarship in development of innovative remote sensing measurement techniques for quantification of greenhouse gases and ammonia

The section Air, Land and Water Resources is dedicated to study the interaction between the atmosphere, the natural environment and the anthroposphere. The focus is on direct and indirect effects on functioning and stability of terrestrial ecosystems, on biosphere-atmosphere exchange of greenhouse gases and reactive gases and particles, and on the effects of toxic components of the atmosphere on plant growth and human health. The research includes important feedbacks between the terrestrial biosphere and the global climate.

You will engage in research directly relevant to the measurements of greenhouse gas emissions. The research will be done within an inspiring international work environment with colleagues with strong experience on the topic, you will be working on.
