Are you passionate about Change Management, Leadership, Performance Management, Mentoring and other HR topics?
We are looking for a skilled and an agile thinking consultant with several years of experience with core HR disciplines, such as change management, leadership, performance management, as well as a general knowledge & interest within the talent management and attraction area.
As a Senior HR Development Consultant, you will drive and impact our focus on change management and leadership development across the entire organization and we are therefore looking for someone with practical experience who is eager to work within these areas. In the role, you will also lead and take part in other HR projects and it is important that you have a broad knowledge, passion and experience within different HR disciplines.
