Take an active part in the leadership of Maersk Management Consulting. Define, lead and deliver projects and programs within the Group. Develop 3-5 direct reports (Senior Consultants and Consultants). Coach your client/MMC team on day-to-day consulting task. Advise senior management of Maersk T&L to develop practical solutions to business challenges and ensure buy-in. Build, maintain and expand relationships with executive level stakeholders across the organization.
