Department Manager, Toxicology & Immunology, R & T, Bagsværd

Do you want to be part of Novozymes’ Product Safety organization ensuring that all our products are safe for both people and the environment across all industries and markets? Do you want to be involved in mode-of-action studies on enzymes and microorganisms as part of the discovery efforts aiming at improving human or animal health?

As Department Manager, you are expected to provide strong leadership in people management, project execution, and safety-related issue mitigations. You must possess the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be managing 10 scientists and 5 lab associates, and you will be responsible for toxicological testing of all Novozymes’ products sold globally and for providing immunological support to the Novozymes organization as needed.
