As our new application analyst, you will join our IT department alongside colleagues focusing primarily on implementation, migration and support, and you will refer directly to our application manager who is located in Philadelphia US.

You will be a technical specialist that ensure first class support on Microsoft applications such as: Exchange, Skype and SharePoint. We are transitioning into a modern workplace with cloud and plug-and-play Microsoft solutions, and therefore you will help ensure all migrations and hybrid configurations to office 365. Your primary responsibility, however, will be to ensure efficient 2nd level support on the specific applications. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining different procedures.
