We are looking for a manager to lead our UX and Design team in shaping the next wave of digital services.

You will be heading up a talented group of UX and creative designers who work in cross-functional teams to craft digital experiences for all our customers – from passengers to global industry players.

Your main focus will be to develop and anchor our experience strategy in close collaboration with Digital management and to ensure that your team’s design output is aligned, on brand and feeds back to the strategy.

Another key focus area is to be a champion for the customer within DFDS, representing their needs, defining and evangelizing the UX vision and highlighting the role of UX in all we do.
