If you have solid biostatistical knowledge, people management skills and you are motivated by taking lead for a new team this job is your perfect match. In LEO Pharma we want to have a close dialogue and coaching between Managers and team members.
Your overall goal is to ensure that your team delivers high quality statistical input to customers across the global organisation – within agreed timelines. To do so, you will have two main focus areas. One is to provide Biostatistical coaching and guidance. The other is to develop, motivate and inspire in order to generate team spirit and on-going development for the employees individually. You will:
- Lead, motivate and develop – the team as a group and employees individually
- Provide biostatistical coaching and guidance to drug development Projects
- Support development and implementation of new processes and models
